Incorporating mind, body & soul. Be present and intentional with every movement, through a full body workout. Together we will take time to love ourselves deeply.

5-6:30pm: Consent in Naturism with Christine - Flow Zone, North Grove

Curious as to how consent works? Join us for a deep dive into the ins and outs of consent. Understanding how naturism, consent, and yoga; consecutively and simultaneously help us to create a safer community for everyone, everywhere.

10-11am: Energizing Yoga with Corrin- Flow Zone, North Grove

Yoga has the amazing ability to increase our stamina, boost our mood, cultivate mental alertness and bring a sense of vitality to both body and mind. Join me for this morning flow as we combine the breath and specific movements to help activate the circulatory system and awaken the nervous system, bringing new energy (or prana) into the body.

Join in learning basic skills for responding to people in need of immediate medical attention. Skills covered will be building rapport, CPR, splinting and bandaging and how to apply a trauma tourniquet. We will also cover the importance of self-care in these situations.

2:30-4pm: Teatime ASL with Chelsea - Art Tent, North Grove

Come and learn some basic signs to communicate in American Sign Language effectively!

4-5:30pm: Nature Stroll with Bennie - Meet at Fire Ring, North Grove

Come along as we explore the natural side of Lake Como.

9-10am: Sun Rise Yoga with Kelli - Butt Hutt Deck

Greet the sun with this energizing vinyasa flow class. Generate your internal solar energy with a blend of dynamic sequences, sun salutations, standing balancing postures, seated postures, and other vibrant postures to wake the mind and body connection. Bring your mat, water, and a bunch of love. All levels welcome, although it will be a fast-paced class!

10-11am: Tea Meditation with Corydharma - Rec Hall

We will be discussing various topics of meditation, while using Gong Fu tea ceremony as our meditation object. Participants may come and go as they wish. Tea can only be served to a limited group at a time.

11am-12:30pm: ASL with Chelsea - Art Tent, North Grove

Come and learn some basic signs to communicate in American Sign Language effectively!

12-1:30pm: Solar Acro Yoga with Eli and Des - Flow Zone, North Grove

Acroyoga looks like cool magic, but we bet you can do every move on the first or second try. Come learn a fun practice with us.

1-2:30pm: Blue Dance Lesson with Alexander Holland - Rec. Hall

Can’t dance? Lies. Wanna have fun dancing? Check out this intro to blues dancing and start your afternoon right. Low stress fun way to learn about partner dancing and the history of blues. We’ll have an hour-long dance lesson with a dance social afterwards.

3-4:30pm: Soul Connection Workshop with Blanche Baxter - Rec. Hall

Connect deeper to yourself and others. Using breath, mindful awareness, and authentic relating tools, we'll learn to speak our soul's truth and connect with vulnerability.

4:30-5pm: Plarn Plastic Yarn with Jason - Rec. Hall

Bring your bag full of plastic grocery bags and make them into something useful. This is an upcycle workshop. Don't forget something to spool your plarn- a pen with a clip is ideal.

4-5:30pm: Beginner Flow Whipcracking with Tyler - Flow Zone, North Grove

In this class you will learn how a whip cracks and a few beginner level moves to help you understand how to safely crack a bullwhip. Props provided.

9am-10:30am: Tea Ceremony with Aya - Butt Hutt Deck

Together we will learn about a selection of teas and their various benefits.

Come set our intentions and enjoy our teatime together, followed by a guided meditation. In closing there will be a sharing circle to discuss any feelings or emotions that came to the surface.

Cups provided, bring your own PERSONAL teacup is encouraged.

10:30-11:30am: Gentle Morning Yoga with Aya - Butt Hutt Deck

All level yoga class that starts by using our breath to connect with the body.

Leading into a Slow Flow with modifications that allow each posture to be accessible for everyone. Please bring your own yoga mat and bottle of water.

A show and tell/conversation-based exploration of incorporating themes and archetypes into your flow. Learn to say more with your movements and create an underlying expression in a performance that evokes emotion. All props welcome.

12-1:30pm: Intuitive Movement with Blanche - Rec. Hall

Unleash yourself using intuitive movement, meditation, self-exploration, and connection exercises. Connect with your innate rhythm and inner voice.

1:30-2:30pm: Plarn Part two! Knitting with Jason - Rec. Hall

This is a knitting workshop, using the plarn made in yesterday's workshop. You can also knit regular yarn. This is to make a basic, square kitchen scrubber as the upcycle for your plastic bags.

2:30-4pm: Blue Dance Lesson with Alexander - Rec. Hall

Somewhat familiar with blues dancing or partner dancing? Want to learn more about this particular style? Check out this intermediate lesson to blues dancing and start your afternoon right. Low stress fun way to learn more blues idioms and moves then just the beginner class. We’ll have dance lesson with a dance social afterwards.

3-4pm: Yin Yoga with Corrin - Lakeside, North Grove

Yin yoga offers a wealth of benefits that may help you to alleviate pain and tension, relieve stress and anxiety, and improve your overall well-being. Join me for a gentle, restorative class that will leave you feeling relaxed and at peace after a long weekend of stimulating fun.

4-5:30pm: Part 2 Flow Whipcracking with Tyler - Flow Zone, North Grove

5:30-7pm: Lunar Acro YogaTherapeutics Eli and Des - Lakeside, North Grove

Acroyoga has an inversion therapy side to it. The best release for your lower back, I call it “low-key chiropractic.” It is a beautiful practice, feeling good as we melt.

7-8:30pm: Karaoke with DJ J and Funky Freeman - North Grove

8:30-10pm: Stargazing Stroll with Bennie - Meet at Fire Ring, North Grove

Come along for this mystical walk as we explore the stars, planets, and zodiacs, raising vibrations and practicing self-healing throughout Lake Como.

Nudity is only required in the pool, hot tub and sauna. While nudity is encouraged, attendees are welcome to adjust at their own pace in the North Grove FYN event area.
