10:30-11:30: Dancing through the Chakras with Annette - Flow Area

Let’s explore the chakras through the art of Bellydance! Annette has been studying under Saida of Oasis Dance Camps since 1998 and teaches Goddess movement workshops in St. Augustine. Her mission is to enhance body confidence and encourage self love. Come, have fun, and enjoy moving your body the way you were born to do!

11:30a-1p: Free Flow Meditation and Yoga with GypsieKay - Flow Area

Join us for a gentle, invigorating vinyasa yoga session, focused on chakra healing and connecting to your higher self, which we achieve through alignment of breath and posture. This allows us to tune into present moment awareness, where we may find peace and understanding in any of our life experiences.

12pm: Lava Rush Waterslide opens for the weekend - North Grove

12-1: Sun Prints with Michael - Fire Ring

Using the power of the sun we will create with one of the oldest photo printing methods- making images and silhouettes. Bring objects or digital images of your choosing.

1-2: Hug Workshop with Knobody - Flow Area

Let’s talk about appropriate touch and embracing during our hug and touch therapy workshop. Come alone or bring a partner. Giant group hug at the end.

1-2: Twirling, Tossing and Jumping through Hoops with Flint- Flow Area

Hoop-dance/Flow arts class exploring various innovative techniques for flowing with a hula hoop as movement meditation. All levels of experience welcome.

2-4: Art Collaborative with Alethea - Art Tent

All levels of artistic experience are welcome. We will be adding fine brush details to a collaborative work begun at a previous bash. Don’t be afraid to try your hand if you are inexperienced with paint, Alethea will provide structure and help with ideas and techniques for the use of different brushes, if needed. Paint will be provided.

2-3: Dream Weaving: Creating Dreamcatchers with Gio - Rec. Hall

This workshop will go through a little bit of the lore behind dream catchers and teach those who attend how to make them out of any circular object, and some string.

Gio will provide string and small circular objects for the class, attendees are welcome to bring special string and/or their own roundish objects to make a special dreamcatcher.

3-4: Sound Healing with Nat - Rec. Hall

You are invited to simply come and be present with your thoughts and recognize the spaces between your thoughts. A wide variety of instruments will be used to guide the sound experience as you tune in and witness. No effort of any kind is necessary. Bring a yoga mat and a pillow/blanket to lie down and relax during the session.

4-5: Fear release and Empowerment Hypnosis with Rosalia - Rec. Hall

Ever wonder about hypnosis? Have you seen the power of the mind? Do you have any deeply embedded fears and/or insecurities? Join me for a short informational session about hypnosis, the power it holds and examples of how it can be used to assist you in a more peaceful existence free of suffering. I will guide you into a hypnosis that offers the power to release fear and gain empowerment. Note: I will be guiding you not hypnotizing you; You must allow and want to be hypnotized. Avoid caffeine before hypnosis.

4-5: Beginner Juggling with Aaron - Flow Area

Basic technique broken-down, tandem assistance to get started, then open-format free-for-all. With a few tips, you might amaze yourself! Feel free to come/go at will, talk during class, and perhaps get naked with us on camera for our optional 10th Anniversary video project! All proficiencies welcome to co-teach and learn from one another!

5-6: Throat Singing with Wilkie - Rec. Hall

A guided explanation on how to use vocal overtones to heal ourselves and others. Followed by an interactive group toning, involving OM and other spiritual sounds. The result will bring a profoundly enjoyable healing meditation.

6-7: Beginner Poi with Aaron - Flow Area

This popular traditional flow art is easy to learn but impossible to master. A few basic techniques will be taught. Advanced spinners are invited to contribute their skills and share/learn from one another. Loose-format instruction for all ages and proficiencies.

Increase your energy supply through physical, mental & spiritual relaxation. Reduce your stress with the sound of chakra singing bowls and let the vibrations heal you.

10:30-11:30: Yoga with Yin with Annette - Butt Hutt Deck

Enjoy a gentle practice with some longer yin holds to release tension deep within the connective tissue. You will leave feeling more relaxed and flexible.

11:30a-1p: Bodywork Open Forum and Massage Techniques with Kirill - Rec. Hall

All are welcome to this open discussion on biomechanics and bodywork. Topics may range from posture, ergonomics, FAQs, massage techniques and current issues. If you'd like, bring a partner and also learn some beginner friendly massage techniques from a licensed therapist. A massage train will be orchestrated at the end, for those willing to participate. Please bring a towel and/or a mat to lay on. Shea butter will be provided.

12-1: Galactivating Sound Journey with Zac - Butt Hutt Deck

Get cosmically activated with this one hour meditative sound journey that will bring your consciousness through different dimensions. Singing bowls, flutes, hand pan, gong and other sacred instruments. Bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on.

12-1: Solar Cooking with Michael - Fire Ring

Demo on solar cooking. Weather permitting- we will cook various dishes during the class, including vegetarian options.

1-2: FYN Membership Social with Michele - Rec. Hall

Meet Michele, FYN’s Membership Coordinator and meet our new member card printer - Badgy. Sign up for a FYN membership on site and have your new card printed right before your naked eyes! New member cards/renewals paid online after 3/30 can be picked up during this hour. Refreshments provided by FYN.

2-3: Intro to Poi with JT - Flow Area

We will be building on the basic “weave” technique that many have learned at previous events. Turning, reversing, and dancing with the poi. Practice props provided.

The didgeridoo is an ancient wind instrument of Australia, used in both group ceremony and sound healing. Jake, a professional didge crafter, will be bringing plenty of practice didgeridoos for everyone.

4-5: Social Dancing: The Basic Elements with Alexander - Rec. Hall

A basic guide how to dance to anything, anywhere with anyone. Safely and consensually. Skipping the footwork and focusing on the elements of how people dance with each other by listening, leading and following various different genres of music. No partner or experience necessary.
