EVENT SCHEDULE:

THURS. 12/10:

12pm (noon):Event camping area opens - North Grove

Please check in at the office before setting up your camp

FREE DAY - NO ACTIVITIES SCHEDULED

Set up camp, swim, explore the nature trails, paddleboat on the lake or simply relax.

FRI. 12/11:

11am-12pm: Higher Science Workshop with Anna and Cody - Butt Hutt Deck

An immersive multi-sensory journey including sonic and theta healing to connect mind, body and spirit. The intention is to hold space to identify and heal emotional and energetic blockages to align with your true Self. The facilitators have created two different essential oil mask blends to choose from to support your journey. Please bring a yoga mat or something comparable to lay on, and a blanket if you get cold easily.

12-1pm: Boundaries & Self-empowerment with Anahata - Butt Hutt Deck

In this interactive workshop you will learn how to create healthy relationships and self-empowerment through finding your limits. Practice habits around honoring your boundaries for you and for others. Role play with peers to act out scenarios in which you can learn to say no/yes with respect, grace and honesty.

1-2pm: Restorative Sound Bath with Kekala Yoga - Butt Hutt Deck

Using props, pillows and blankets to create and hold comfortable positions, this workshop allows participants to reach deeper states of consciousness. Relaxing the muscles will allow them to fully open and release. Kekala will be playing quartz crystal chakra singing bowls and other sound therapy instruments to assist in clearing energy and raising vibrations. Please bring pillows and blankets.

3-4pm: Vinyasa Yoga with Rochelle - North Grove Stage

A vinyasa flow class that wakes up your muscles while linking movement to breath. Come move your body and calm your mind. Open to all levels.

4-5pm: Warrior Wakening with Kekala Yoga - Fire Ring 2

This class will focus on grounding, standing poses that build strength, balance and confidence. We will tap into our inner warrior while setting intentions towards implementing power, not only in our practice but in our daily lives.

10pm-1am: Drum Circle / Bonfire - Fire Ring 1

Please bring your instruments and dancing feet! Fire performers welcomed. Performers must have a spot/safety.

SAT. 12/12:

10am-12pm: Envision 2021 Vision Boarding Workshop with Anna & Cody - North Grove Stage

2020 threw us all for a loop! Let’s energetically release what needs to stay in 2020 and set our sights and intentions for the new year. We’ll start with some breathing exercises, connect with our deepest desires and create some vision boards. Samples from previous workshops provided, along with poster boards and a stack of magazines. Please bring whatever art materials you want to spruce up your masterpieces (printed images, scissors, markers, stickers etc)

2-3pm: Magick Flow with Kekala Yoga - Fire Ring 1

Meet at fire ring for a walk to the “beach.” Tantra is the ancient practice of unifying asana, mantra, bandha and chakra work to invite strength, clarity and joy into life. “Tantra” means to weave, expand or spread. We will utilize the four earth elements to access the fifth, the binding force that unifies everything within ourselves and the multiverse. We will incorporate a gentle vinyasa flow as we set intentions and manifest our goals.

3-4pm: Solar AcroYoga with Rochelle - North Grove Stage

This all-level acroyoga workshop is tailored to each participant’s needs and experience. Learn how to communicate and cooperate with others, while making cool shapes with your body.

4-5pm: Lunar AcroYoga with Rochelle - North Grove Stage

Therapeutic flying and basing techniques and partner thai massage. Soothe sore muscles while balancing with another human. Restore and rejuvenate your body!

5pm: Silly Sweater Gift Exchange with Michelle - Fire Ring 1

Wear a silly sweater and bring a wrapped gift valued around $10

All persons are required to adhere to Lake Como's Covid-19 policies in effect at the time of the event. In the event of cancellation, all pre-paid registrations are refundable.

★NAKED?!? IN DECEMBER?

December is generally very mild in the Tampa area. Daytime temps have reached the 80's at past Naked Winter Gatherings at Lake Como. Averages for Dec. in the area are high 70's during the day and mid-60's at night. We have experienced some cooler temps at past gatherings, so bring an extra blanket!

Regardless of weather, there will be plenty of opportunities to toast your buns- Lake Como's 24-hour amenities include: heated pool, outdoor hot showers in multiple locations throughout the resort, 20 person hot-tub, dry sauna, fire pits throughout the grounds- including 2 fire pits in the North Grove camping area, which will be reserved for FYN Bash event attendees only.

NUDITY is only required in the pool, hot tub and sauna.
